Q&A: Is there an online version of or similar to the Nintendo DS game Scribblenauts?

If the game is newer, it is unlikely that anyone has created a free clone of it yet. I couldn’t find any in my searches. Your only other option at this point is emulation, but that is a controversial subject.

all i know of is super scribblenauts, for ds, coming out in october. if there was an online one, it would be a lot more fun than scribblenauts.

The closest thing I could think of would be Garry’s Mod for PC. There are no real “puzzles” like in Scribblenauts, it’s basically just a sandbox where you can create about anything you can think of (much more powerful than Scribblenauts). It’s of course in 3D and there is no limit to how much stuff you can spawn, besides what your computer can handle

It requires at least 1 other source game to be installed because that is where it gets character ragdolls and objects that you can spawn. It’s on sale for only $ 5 this week, so you could buy it and Half-Life 2 for a total of $ 25! http://store.steampowered.com/app/4000/
