EMERGENCY!!I lost all my R4 data :(?

EMERGENCY!!I lost all my R4 data ?EMERGENCY!!! k i tried updating my R4 to get super scribblenauts and apparently i was supposed to right click. click Format. Thats what i did. I tought it would just delete saved files in games…turns out i lose everything!!!! Now when i open it it just says ?MENU. please help me. I need step by step how to et everything back. I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it!!

p.s if u can get me a version to make super scribblenauts work too i would like that
I dont care if i have to redownload it..just ill do it just how

well you might get the $ $ you hope for but you’ll be cutting it close. xbox without harddrive 50-100 bucks.
old games that u listed might pull 5-20 bucks if lucky. dsi might go for 30-70 bucks at gamestop. you might have to sell on cregs list if you want to get that $ 300.

DS Game freezes up when started?Ok so I baught this game for Christmas last year it’s called Super Scribblenauts, It’s amazing and I played it everyday on my DS Lite, My sister wanted to try it on her DS so I gave it to her. She told me it froze while starting it ( Game startup scree/credits) so I put it back in MY DS and it froze too. I also tried putting it in my cousin’s DSi, and my friend’s 3DS.. It was still frozen on a white screen. I miss Super Scribblenauts and I don’t wanna buy another.. I will if I can’t fix it though.

A couple clarifications are necessary:

1. Does the DS freeze when it (the actual DS software) starts up?
2. Does the DS freeze when the game is started up?

This is all really important!!!
